Creative Direction & Project Management...?

Certainly, the terms are broad. So, what do I do as a so called 'Creative Director' turned 'Project Manager'?

In my role as a CD and PM, I see myself as a manager with a fresh perspective, primarily rooted in Creative Leadership. My acquired skills enable me to serve as a Creative Director, Design Consultant, and Product Manager or Product Owner. Always valuing the designer's expertise.

So, what do I bring to the table?
I enhance the efficiency of design-specific skills by integrating them with analytical, organizational and reflective competences. My ability to visualize concepts and ideas empowers me to operate as an independent manager, guiding companies with innovative solutions. This approach ensures that promising ideas and designs find their way into target markets and audiences effectively while staying on budget in the given time frame.

How do I achieve this?

My focus is on innovation, realizing visions, art direction, and shaping innovative markets. I aim to elevate design as a service by incorporating elements like corporate identity, brand strategies, lifestyles, and target audience scenarios. Grounded in areas such as psychology, behavioral research, philosophy, ethics, and cognitive sciences, creative and empathic competence remains at the core of my approach.

Who stands to gain from my expertise?

By blending design management skills with a keen analysis of the latest developments and requirements, advertising and design agencies, as well as consulting firms, can benefit from my work, work ethics and my unique background.

Why Creative Leadership?

Creative thinking is inherently non-linear; it envisions complex future scenarios that must adapt to increasingly diverse and rapid market changes. This necessitates creative approaches, even from individuals in top positions. My specific design skills, combined with the ability to visualize concepts and ideas, empower me to serve as an independent manager, offering secure and innovative guidance to companies.
